Anyone ever cheated on one of these tests - if so how.

I used to be a tester,you will need to be good to cheat. Even hiding someone else's clean sample to use will be detected due to the tempreture of the urine being incorrect.
Use a false plastic penis filled with alternative urine.
Use a false, gas-powered plastic penis filled with heated alternative urine.
a £50 note rolled up inside the tube normally does the trick
A Foley catheter with the distilled water replaced by "clean" urine. A small adjustment to the pipework and valves and you're laughing.
Probably best done by using a standard catheter with the bag from a Foley fitted at the business end. Insert then fill with urine. You've now got half a litre of urine sitting in a bag in your bladder at body temperature. Using a push-to-open valve hidden inside the meatus, you would be able to put out fires from ten metres.
