From an anthropomorphic standpoint these works capture the essence of expressivist tonality in a form that is structurally polyvalent while never neglecting to engage the full emotional range and response repertoire  of the whole gamut of human sensitivity....Grin

OK, Jolly Grin. Unfortunately, there's no money in art unless you can find a rich sponsor like Charles Saatchi.
I have a friend who makes a little pin money selling drawings to a video animator in the States but at $50 a time he's effectively working at minimum wage hourly rates.
Some artists make a living selling prints but you're then limited to producing what people want in their dining rooms which isn't very inspiring.
There are some very talented guys selling portraits and caricatures in the street at holiday resorts but if you work it out, they aren't going to get rich from it, unfortunately.

with my connections riches are assured foinavon.

actually its a bit of a typo as i meant rich tea biscuits are assured.

i got you though didnt i? in much the same way i would get the saatchi brothers to part with their cash Wink

Both Vel and Zorro say they have sold paintings and prints, perhaps there is more money in Scotland. You need to get on the next train to Waverley Street but take a minder with you Excited

the streets of london are paved with gold so i'll stick with what i know. i dont think the mcsaatchis have quite as much wonga although they do seem more willing to part with their cash.

as someone who has no artistic talent its just a joy to see threads which we can all enjoy. no silly arguments, its what chit chat should be all about.

My B/W original is a FLABBOTICON. It turned white middle class when its offspring went to FEE-Paying schools, the state ones only being suitable for the lumpen proles.
