Which bit is worrying? I'm confused
![]() I just wondered how Indians drink so much tea as it's revolting without milk but although cows are holy they are fine with dairy products. So that only explains the tea drinking, also ghee. And also it means it won't curb my marital life on "bovine love island" if I become Hindu within my cow marriage ![]() . |

Since the end of ww2 every British tank has had a kettle in it for making tea without having to get and get shot at making a cuppa. It's rumoured to also heat up food pouches, but Tea is basically the essential component in UK armed forces.

Coffee's like my crack cocaine, often find myself looking forward to my next fix. The feeling of elation i often get is quite worrying. Still 2.5-1 in favour of tea on a daily rate.

I love tea but i haven't had a cup for about 6 months.I chose to stop drinking tea because i was drinking far too much of it.I was drinking about 10 cup a day.I've recently started drinking coffee.Depending on my mood, circumstances, etc,i'll normally drink about 3 cups a day.

There's caffeine in tea, so if you drink a lot of it you're probably getting more caffeine than a moderate drinker of coffee.
Anyone who considers their digestion or suffers from acid problems should cut out tea and coffee altogether. They're both acid forming. Plus the fact that both are usually taken with milk and sugar. |

Caffeine is water soluble, if it goes through an espresso machine it is not in contact with water for very long and you get less caffeine than in filter or jug methods.

COFFEE IS THE DEVIL'S WORK!!!
ENGLISHMEN ONLY DRINK TEA |

I'm very much a creature of habit and have 2 cups of strong tea and 4 cups of very strong coffee every day. Milk in both but don't touch sugar.
I lived in Cyprus for a while and the coffee they serve up is similar to the black stuff they repair motorways with. I hated it at first but soon became addicted. Crap weak coffee is worse than drinking cat wee. |

No wonder so many people are depressed and on sleeping tablets in the UK
Taking Caffeine all day and wondering why they can't sleep Be it Energy Drinks / Tea / Coffee you need to come down if you take too much Here's a thread about people using caffeine powder https://drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=234908 Can just drop some in your stew or mince instead of drinking brown fluid Or fire some in your cereal ( with lots of milk ) |

I buy pro-oxidant biscuits and have a couple with every cuppa to counteract the negative impact.
Thanks for expressing your concern. |

"Dude, caffeine isn't a drug: it's the most important meal of the day! wink "

Please dont do something stupid like take a whole tablespoon of caffeine powder. Its easy to forget that caffeine can kill you. Anything over 500mg will start to make you will start to lose your focus and begin to feel feverish so there really is no point in taking over the top doses of caffeine. If I were you I would make a bunch of 100mg gel capsules to pop every couple of hours to keep focused, and maybe even a couple 50mg so you can have more exact dosages.
Why buy coffee at starbucks when you can use this trick ? |

I feel bad for junkies now getting tarnished with the name JUNKIE just because they take something the GOV don't make money on it
But if it's legal then it's all good Mostly everyone in the UK is on some kind of drug |

Someone with pains will wake up have a Cigarette / Coffee and pop a few Tramadols and feel on top of the world
Why can't someone who likes Ecstasy buy it legally to risk getting sold alternatives ? |
