Parliament and Buckingham palace - falling down... falling down

The primative Romans built the Pantheon 118–128 AD - Hadrian, continuous use since the seventh century - knew how to make underwater concrete. Their Roads and buildings still stands 2000 years later. Not so dumb.
We think we are smarter than the romans. More evolved? It's just you've learned new tricks. new machines and new technologies. Same brain.
