The wall was an idea to tap into the dumb masses. Anyone with a decent brain knew it was never gonna happen. Even if it did, it was only going to increase smuggling business as people would now have to crawl through a tunnel which would be expensive.

SO was the idea about muslim immigration from certain countries. I hear on facebook that he has already lowered his tone on the muslim issue and his website has actually removed the word muslim and now only talks about immigration instead of muslim immigration. (Not confirmed this myself)
