1. Overview
You get Child Benefit if you’re responsible for a child under 16 (or under 20 if they stay in approved education or training). Only one person can get Child Benefit for a child. You must report any change of circumstances to the Child Benefit Office. You may have to pay a tax charge if your or your partner’s individual income is over £50,000. |
|
By:
You can choose not to get Child Benefit payments, but you should still fill in the claim form because:
it will help you get National Insurance credits which count towards your State Pension it will ensure your child is registered to get a National Insurance number when they’re 16 years old |

So unless your parents are on 50k they should neutered

The cap on benefits should discourage benefit breeders from knocking kids out for extra cash.
I don't see why the state should be responsible for bringing up people's kids. If they can't afford them then don't have them. And if they do have them, they should have to bring them up out of the money they already get. |

Oi if people have kids at 16 they deserve a house and free monies OK They also deserve to take over peoples councils houses who's kids have grown up and left because they got a spare room. That is what the youth think like today. |

As I understand it - Rich people and people with Jobs have a much higher carbon foot print.
Holidays abroad (plane fumes) extra gear they buy coming from across the globe. Fancy Coffee from starbucks, designer fashion, exotic foods. Travelling by car, single passangers in cars. opposed to Bus travel or no travel. House bound. Less electricity and gas usage? low food consumption. These Guys are saving the planet, You go getters are tearing it up. |

I am often surprised at the physical ugliness of these benefit mothers.
They are odds on to be clinically obese. They are odds on to be ugly. Yet they are also odds on to have found multiples of men to impregnate them. So my question is. Who are these men that are impregnating them? Are they the 'white lightening' fraternity? (sorry mobo) If so, are these men medical miracles to be able to perform under such adverse conditions>? |

Phil Green - He's loaded and a looker
Look in the mirror Zenmaster, Saying people are ugly because they have no money is just wrong. especially as all the supermodels start out in poor neighbourhoods in Croydon and Brighton. |

The last time i saw Phil Green pushing a pram, it was full of £50 notes and he was legging it from BHS

Has your "virtual virtue" dried up already? Last week you wanted to give charity to "Women's Aid".
Why has your number of postings gone from 34588 yesterday to 5000+ earlier today and now rests at 2575? Decreasing almost as quickly as your milk of human kindness. |

its libtardish to be compassionate....seems even being compassionate to your own is off limits.

Is paying for someone to stay at home and breed beyond their wealth compassionate, or possibly a bit stupid?

It certainly is going to affect the demographic shifters
