Libel laws in this country don't help either. It was the £375,000 he won off Private Eye et al. in 1994 which understandably hamstrung attempts to bring him to justice. It's hard to justify pursuing an investigation against someone whom a judge in court has effectively called not guilty.

Does the law state he has to return this £375k ?
