I've never liked jeans, so stopped for good at around 21 I guess.

This is a perfect question to ask for a chit chat forum imo.
If you're talking about casual wear than I'd say 40.
But over 40's who do labour type work, jeans are no problem.
But men wearing jeans over 40 to the pub is as bad as men at any age wearing lycra whilst riding a bike.

I'm 55 and still wear jeans..no idea if I will ever stop but doubt it.

Depends on the colour. Blue Denim is a no no over 40.. Black can be worn at any age ....as long as they're not too tight.....as my new pair are.
I've kept a pair of black Levis 501? that I bought about 15 years ago, very good nick and they weren't cheap.. hoping that they will fit me again one day

I always wear deerstalker monocle harris tweed jacket rust coloured cordurouys and a pair of hunters top of the range wellington boots...the ladies go mad for my look.

It will be nice to be old when you can smash all the mirrors, wear the wrong clothes, and ask the way home to your own house 20 times.

Funnily enough, Ken Bruce was briefly talking about this on his show today. He reckons denim jeans are fine at any age, but the double denim thing is a no no.
