anything that happened in 2003? off the top of your head?
I was watching something on tv about current events and realized in a year nobody would remember this seemingly important event. I then started thinking about past years and couldn't recall much of anything.
If it's a year divisible by 4 you can say the olympics or world cup by bouncin up two years. but the only year that stands out in the new millenium ins 2001 for the twin towers.
2003? 2005? 2007? 2009? 2011?

Hi Degs,The space shuttle disaster was 13 years ago? I remember that well.It doesn't seem like it was as long ago as that though.Time flys,eh
I remember my pick Thomas Bjorn somehow losing the Open to 500 to 1 shot Ben Curtis. Mass marches to protest the Iraq war. On a brighter note I had a wonderful 6 week holiday in Alaska and NY. My son was born in November, so a fantastic end of the year for me.

yes I remember the shuttle accident as I was visiting a friend in hospital when it came on the news
