they pulled out a folder with all the ingredients of their artisan breads.
asked what i was trying to avoid. (gluten and soy)
Soy in all of them? they had Spelt breads with soy. FKin incredible.
buckwheat breads with Soy? WTF.
brainwashed - soy was not a standard ingrediant ? WTF is going on?

French toast a no brainer for me.
Must be fried until almost crispy though.

pizza would sustain life for longer due to the variety of toppings if you had to eat only one of them so pizza
