it's in all breads including pizza.
I'm still trying to avoid it. went into a fancy baker and asked what flours they use. they pulled out a folder with all the ingredients of their artisan breads. asked what i was trying to avoid. (gluten and soy) Soy in all of them? they had Spelt breads with soy. FKin incredible. buckwheat breads with Soy? WTF. brainwashed - soy was not a standard ingrediant ? WTF is going on? |
