I don't think you have met the right women, ebulGery.  Relationships are not all about sex.  It is fantastic just watching something you both like on tv, like game of thrones or match of the day highlights, drinking and laughing while you watch.  Or just being  on the beach on a lovely summers day with a companion who 'gets' you and makes you laugh.  Or just being in the local enjoying each others company.

And then it is usually a dvd not tv, except for match of the day highlights.  If I have said I don't watch tv it is when I haven't been watching it.  And I don't think I have ever said that I don't ever watch it.

What may seem innocent to you may not in a woman's eye. I know they're private but knowing the content of these texts would give all of us a better insight to answer your question. That could well be it Jack, I just wanted to know if any other chit chatters have had this scenario and whether it means anything. I've not got her on fb but she's petite, brunette, naturally pretty, small boobs but a cracking arse (judging by one of her photos which you wont see )

I only speak from personal experience and I'm no expert, but I do think you need to move on and let her come to you, if she wants.

Positive responses to her texts are both polite and give you a better feel of what's going on. The "yeah great" goes down so much better than "not too bad" which comes across as very negative; why would she want to continue a negative chat?

If she doesn't answer when you've given her no clues to how you feel inside (other than being normal or happy) then she doesn't want to know (again imo). If she is interested I believe she'll be curious and will continue the chat if you adopt this stance; either way, you'll get more answers.

My personal advice would be to wait to see if she texts again and send the right reply, with thought, and not too rushed.

In truth it's not really bs. She may be able to sense how you feel, which will be a turn off for her; it's too heavy, too soon. You need to relax with her; perhaps that's what she wants and the reason she took a long break between texts is because she felt it back then too; only you know the answer to that.
