Leading UKIP is a job that no one wants to do. If Farage doesn't want to carry on as leader, then they should seriously think about winding the whole organisation up imo.

Arron Banks will launch an alternative Party to UKIP in the near future and it will bring in those UKIP members. Not the end for the kippers, just a transitional process.
Farage will be a key player whatever, but Stephen Woolfe would be a fine deputy.

Should be wound up the day after Article 50 is invoked.
