Wheeler Dealers the best if you like to see cars getting fixed. The US shows are all about the 'personalities' who are without exception loathsome bores. Chasing Classic Cars is good but I prefer to see cars that might actually be possible to own.

Wheeler Dealers would be good without that annoying Cockney twerp.
Ed is incredible, and to commentate as to what he is doing is an art in itself.
Off thy go for a last drive and he rubs his hands together and tells Ed they are going to clean up here and he is going to ask for £18.5k.
Then he puts it up at £17.25k and, when the punter turns up, he immediately shows lack of confidence in his price, and almost encourages the person to make a lower bid. Then he lets it go for £16.5k and celebrates having made £1,200 which of course they haven't as no charge for all of Ed's good work.
Ok, I know it's entertainment, but they do actually make a bloody good job of the restorations, and the fact that some of the cars are few and far between means they could hold out for top price.
Did you know that the little Cockney runt has a dealership in Sheffield? I would love to test my buyer skills against his selling skills any day!

Well as you say it's just a TV show. I don't mind the cockney twerp he's at least a million times better than anyone on Fast N Loud and other similar piles of sh1t. They hardly ever make a profit really. They put in about a hundred hours labour for free and crow about making 700 quid.
Some of the jobs Ed has had to do has totally put me off owning those cars.
I'm sure if you lobbed on the forecourt of the Brewer dealership and introduced yourself as Aunty Post you'd have him on the back foot from the off.

The BMW 2002 when they were in California and had to find some Old German Nerd to fix the EFI. A beautiful car but when I saw that I crossed it off my list of cars I'd like to own.

Misfit Garage & Fast N Loud are good. Chip Foose's work is excellent on Overhaulin', but that tr@t with the dark hair spoils the show. Extreme car hoarders (with the ex-wrestler) is pretty good.

There are some episodes of this 'Chasing Classic Cars' show available to watch at the Quest TV website. You may only have a limited time to watch them though.
Haven't looked on Youtube yet so there might be more there.
The programme appears to be on Quest TV during the week, along with 'Cars That Rock' with Brian Johnson, some episodes of which are a pleasant watch.
