Bomb disposal team at an Edinburgh barracks

A bomb disposal team has been scrambled to an Edinburgh army base after a suspicious package was found at a nearby bus stop.

I wonder what it will end up being ( no bomb for sure i know that ) someone left something at a bus stop and now they get armys and coppers out. More like carrying out exercises i know this road and why only one car at each end if there is maybe bombs?
