If you press "show more", it actually tells you -- Alte Kamaraden -- which is German for Old Comrades, which you can also look up on Youtube.
Correct spelling (for search purposes) -- Alte Kameraden.
They wore the Three Lions of England on their SS collars, so it looks like they were English. I wonder if they sang Jerusalem?
