A brilliant day for GB Para-Rowing with Rachel and Lauren and Laurence winning gold and Tommy Aggar taking bronze. GB tore up the Lagoa!!

Good to spend some time with her and the rest of the crews last night. They are a great bunch of people, as are the whole support structure at GB Rowing, from the Chair to the guys who transport the boats around the world. Utter professionals every one of them, with yesterday's results being the culmination of all their work.
