the pagan arabs? before Muhammad, had moon gods, statues and stones they prayed to. when they found a stone better than the last stone they got rid of the old stone for the new.  they circled the area the hajj is in now too. So all Muhammad did was set up one god instead of many. kept the same practices that the arabs were using from the past. It's not from Abraham. It's from Muhammad. the first Muslim was Muhammad. he died a false prophet's death. poisoned.

O Muhammad.
I think that your Satan has forsaken you, for I have not seen him with you,
for two or three nights.

Christianity used those tricks Christmas Day was a mid-winter feast to help get you through the worst months so they chose that as the birthday of Jesus so the newly converted pagans could carry on having a good time.

Christianity is a religion - Christ isn't interested in religions - The Romans feared it would destroy them so they tried to absorb it. Roman Catholicism has a skewed version of Christ - it kept the saints, the holidays the old rituals. BUT the core of Christianity can be found in the BIBLE - protestants realized this and rebelled against catholic idolatry.

dig deeper digdeep.

Jesus never asked for rituals and dogma.

So god isn't just for humanity. Not even for Catholicism but he's for Protestants? Any particular sect? Perhaps a fire and brimstone Free Presbyterian type of guy?

Your heading down a one way blinkered void watching that mad converted murderer on Youtube imo.

that a distortion  - I was born Catholic, went to the same comprehensive school as Liam Fox. Outside Glasgow. But the protestants got rid of a lot of garbage surrounding Christ. There's still a lot of Bull that is there.

Jesus never harmed anyone - He only reconciles us to God.

I will hang on to one thing only - his name is Jesus.

I wonder why Protestants thought the core of Christianity could be found only in the Bible, a Catholic publication that also includes Jewish writings? The books it contains include ancient Hebrew texts and Christian texts, both oral (tradition) and written. I think it was finally completed about the year 296 but I don't know the month. It was approved by the Pope at the time.

Well, Pontius Pilate (he was born in Scotland, don't you know. Dad was an emissary to the Picts.) gave the order but the locals had a quick referendum first. Pontius washed his hands of it. Literally. Called for a bowl of water and everything.
