The worst thing is Ron sometimes wins a few thousand, but because he wins he is always tempted back
so it all goes back. The odds are in favour of the casino, the longer anyone plays the more certain they are to lose. The only way to beat them is to go all in for a short period and never use them again, and just hope our luck is in because that is all it is. |

"I was playing black jack mostly" Having played BLACKJACK in many London Casinos ...many years ago (Playboy, Golden Nugget etc ..) We used to call it "instant death" dealers always seemed to be lucky and win. One night in the PLAYBOY CLUB against all odds I was on a good run ...then one of the heavies came up to me and accused me of "card counting" which I wasn't ...they made it quite clear they didn't like me winning. Some time ago I tried a few hands on BETFAIR ...Bank seemed to be having an unusually lucky run ? There's me standing on e.g.19, 20 against a dealers 6 ...she then draws cards to 21 ( 10 & 5)???? Was happening far to often ..... You have my sympathy mate. Ron |

I've managed to get a 1000£ back - i got a 1000£ bonus.
You probably need to have a certain level of silliness to qualify for the bonus but just needed to turn it over once which i've done. I've got that winning feeling back!  |

Some sites appear bent to me, not played Hills for a few years but i must
have played 20 + times & never won once, they've obviously got the greed button on MAX to keep near everything, Ladbr0kes is another i've learned to stay away from. then you have other sites where NEW users are highly likely to have a decent win the first time playing.....all in all id agree it appears bent even though people say they don't need to rig it, as you say Ron odd things happen that just don't seem right. |

I even lost the bonus Trilby mentioned just above, from 1k i got it up to 2600,
thought here we go, ended up with Zero....could have done without that experience tbh. So that it i'm just watching Movies & TV from now on, no more betting |

You see me involved in the football threads a few weeks back Trilby.
i opened up all my limits to max - i was playing with fire - i won a couple of grand to start with so thought i was fine, that was the worse thing that could have happened as it left me off my guard until the obvious time come, sneaked up behind me on an innocent friday night staying in minding your own business but that's it get on with it, it's severe pain but im used to it |

Not in the same league but did something daft myself. Deposited £200 with Baldy. Was for footie betting and to play in the Klups games on poker. Won the depositors freeroll and the Klups game and one other mttt and had £1200 after a few days. Lost the lot on the roulette wheel along with another £500 chasing. Rarely played roulette before but have avoided it ever since. |

In terms of affect on my wealth it didn't make any difference (was only £700 of my cash) but mentally it hurt real bad.
Was a great week for me and way above the norm but spoiled in a few daft minutes. Was a few years back but I've never played, or been tempted to play, roulette ever since. The footie betting is purely for an interest but I look to make a profit on the poker. Up £1000 was a great week for me. |

You can win Ebul, either by Arbing on sports betting or by playing Poker as in my case.

Learned that when Steve Davis was 1/10 to beat newcomer Tony Knowles. Was the first round of the World Championships and Knowles won 10-1. The type of sure thing that you stuck in with yer bet to pay the tax. |
