Pringles v Container

I preferred Discos which were a sort-of 1970's Pringles: thick, round crisps, but in a bag.

I always feel it's a damn shame about that tube when it comes to throwing it away.
It's like I should find a use for it as its too good just to throw away, but what to use it for?

You could try making your own Pringles to put back in the tube

I recently discovered that an empty Pringles tube makes an excellent emergency urinal when you're stuck in traffic on the M40.

He always stood the almost completely empty glass sauce bottles rim to rim in a precarious money saving excercise only to save about as much sauce as I ended up getting down my shirt.

Slightly dull but I keep my fishing floats in a pringle tube

I'm a traditionalist. I keep my golf jumper in the tube.

I buy them just for the containers, and then I cram STUFF into the containers.

I agree but I prefer Kettle Chips.

Just emptied one to see what's in it...a red cricket ball...twin pack of toothbrushes...yellow plastic golf ball with holes...duracell torch.

I expect the pringles would taste better, but not much!

A pringles tube makes a very good directional antenna in the higher frequencies. All you need is a knitting needle, some copper wire and a battery. Not that anyone on here would ever point such a device at a noisy neighbour's satellite dish, of course.
