It's not just gangs of black youths

It is mainly in London of course but this killing of a Polish guy is, again, the usual situation where police no longer police an area.  Apparently up to 50 youths gather and smoke dope and intimidate people and now this happens - a guy is beaten to death.  This was all known previously so what was being done about it??
I note Trident are involved in another shooting in London - usual suspects.
