Despite my username I'm a healthy 23.4.
I eat healthily, medium exercise but my downfall is beer and lots of it at the weekend. I'm a bit concerned about my ticker, there is heart disease in my family and my average heart beat is over 70. I've been using a fitness tracker since March, great piece of kit and well worth the £16 paid for it. http://www.gearbest.com/smart-watches/pp_335971.html?wid=3 I average 10-20,000 steps per day. |

Good stuff Oval. I'll check out the fitness tracker. I'm currently on the cusp at 24.8.

Cant believe people are still taking BMI seriously. Its massively flawed and a very poor indicator of health since it doesn't take into account body composition.
Waist size (esp measured at the belly button) is a much better guide. |

For years I thought I was tall for my height, but the BMI proved me wrong. In fact I am short for my weight, I should be 8ft 4 in for my weight.
