Despite my username I'm a healthy 23.4.

I eat healthily, medium exercise but my downfall is beer and lots of it at the weekend. I'm a bit concerned about my ticker, there is heart disease in my family and my average heart beat is over 70.

I've been using a fitness tracker since March, great piece of kit and well worth the £16 paid for it. http://www.gearbest.com/smart-watches/pp_335971.html?wid=3

I average 10-20,000 steps per day.

Good stuff Oval. I'll check out the fitness tracker. I'm currently on the cusp at 24.8.

Cant believe people are still taking BMI seriously. Its massively flawed and a very poor indicator of health since it doesn't take into account body composition.
Waist size (esp measured at the belly button) is a much better guide.

For years I thought I was tall for my height, but the BMI proved me wrong. In fact I am short for my weight, I should be 8ft 4 in for my weight.
