I like a drink. Recently the Toubib sent me for a scan of my liver , not for the first time. Scan completed I asked the lovely lady scanner if there was anything wrong. Yes Dunlaying , she said , there is a problem. When you die , she continued , it looks like someone will have to cut your liver out and beat it to death with a stick!

All drinking damages your brain and other organs.
I don't drink - except once a fortnight. i drink one small bottle of red wine to clear the gut of gluten. the Mediterranean diet usually points to Olive oil as the big health component. But they add vinegar to salads and oil? Drink Wine with their meals. |
