It would be epic if JEH can do it but the way it's going it looks unlikely. She's just been steady throughout whereas the other girl seems to do a PB in every event

differential in 200 metres was 1.61 secs (one of events Thiam did n't do PB in) - that extrapolates to over 7 secs over 800 metres, throw in JEH competitive spirit and the extra stamina allegedly imbued by child birth and I'd marginally favour Jess.
Would n't be betting on it though.  |
