Great runner was Alf.

He'd always get held up on the way and only arrive as the race started, he'd join in half a lap behind but still manage to get up on the line to win.

Never have seen ALF training on Quorn!!! ffs.

even with his welding goggles on after hed done an overtime shift  he,d still win gold
