Dr he had already paid the nomination fee and he had been trying to log in since the Friday. There is talk that the computers were shut down on purpose as they were amazingly functioning 10 mins after the deadline had expired.

Perhaps leading a political party is not the job for someone with such a poor memory though, it might lead to the public not finding out things they really ought to know if they're thinking about voting for him. |
