Good point. Been throwing a lot of pitches now in August. I turned it off in disgust when SF were six nil down, put it back on and they are winning 8-7. When you have a bad day, does it effect your judgement? I lose the plot and do daft things.

I had a few shares in horses over the years. Like throwing money out the window every month. Two out the four won a couple of egg and spoon races. One won at 33/1 and never had a penny on. Trainer said it had no chance, so couldn't bet it and it won by ten lengths

I paid a lot for one a few years back, 4 of us went in then the recession hit and i bought out the other 3. It got a leg, never saw a racecourse and that was that..
