You thick half wit, this drug is only of use in preventing HIV. The drugs already in existence for treating those diagnosed with HIV are very effective. They will not be using the new drug for ANYBODY diagnosed with HIV.

The wider problem seems to be that when the government hived off public health from the NHS to the councils, it left these sort of preventive measures in financial limbo.

Ron....if a gay guy gets HIV then his life time NHS care cost is £350,000 so it would save the NHS stacks if they pay £400 per month while he is at risk of catching it.
