men are respnsible for all the evil in the world be it drug trafficking, sex trafficking, rape, murder, child abuse...............FACT FACT bjd? All those crimes you have put up have also been committed by women  .You could say men do these more often, which is probably fair comment, but I would say perhaps that is because women are not doing their job in keeping men away from this? I believe men and women are better working together, rather than competing, and while it is true some women have the ability and intelligence of men, I think this an exception that proves the rule myself. I question our current view in the West that we regard men and women the same. I am not sure we know what we are doing. But we may adjust to our normal roles anyway in time anyway, which I hope happens. The only reason women can now do men's roles is because of or current technology. They would not have been able to do this in the past. It is not sensible to contradict evolution. We don't need women doing everything men do, this is ridiculous. We need a bit of common sense here. |

annie, as a big fan of TV in the past, why have you now decided not to have a TV? You live alone with no money worries, so you say, so why ditch the TV?

The shop mainly repaired tvs, in the days when it made financial sense to repair instead of replace. The 'sideline' as you put it was selling tvs. I did not repair them, a man did, but did everything else. Hence the name 'Mr Fixit'.

crags I rarely watch tv now. QT, Heartbeat and some sport. QT and Heartbeat normally recorded.
I'm outside nearly every day with the wife. We have most meals outside (snack types mainly) I come on here to play poker and bring up chat whilst on. Don't get the tv problem tbh. |

I haven't 'ditched' the tv, rather I have no tv at the moment and have not got around to buying one. I read, play poker, watch films on youtube, play music on youtube etc etc. It is not so much that I am reticent about meeting anyone as that I am a loner and don't feel the need to. After all if it was just men that I was after there are plenty at the local pub that would be happy to oblige. I wonder how old you need to be for the answer to 'would ya' to be no |
