Performance enhancing drugs should be allowed. It's not as if a couple of pills is going to  make some fat b Olympic champion over 100m It's political. They are all at it.

the OC have said they may not be able to ban russia due to legal reasons even though it was the state that was cheating the drug tests

they would only be able to ban individuals on a case by case basis

they should suspend all those involved now to stop them from competing

looking at the longer term if the OC cant ban a nations athletes en masse then the sport is finished

once a nation knows it cant be banned it will continue to cheat and take its chances of getting caught
