Middle class are the "new poor"

I went for an interview for a job as a merchant banker (Kleinwert Benson) many years ago. It was at a seriously plush building. I didn't get the gig.

I'm not surprised looking like that..



It's not only DAESH who wants to return to the Middle-Ages. Serfdom is alive and well....

if I had my time again I would look at aerospace there is big bucks in it. My boy works in it and my niece is doing a degree and is currently on a years placement at Rolls Royce. She is only 20 and is on £13 an hour for this single year.

That's a pittance.

Unfortunately I'm squeamish but anyone who isn't should so enter into a health/medical related. The poor get bankrolled by the government and the rich spend thousands.

Experienced nurses get paid shedlands and if you have any kind of high up responsibility (theatre nurse, I charge of a ward etc) you get paid like a high class hooker.
