C4 Dispatches - Racism post Brexit

Don't watch it.....Remain propaganda !

The British press (especially the broadcasters) have sunk to an all time low following Brexit.

They just do not want article 50 to be invoked and they will do anything to try and stop it. No matter the will of the people.

If they really wanted to look at Racism in Britain they should take a closer look at Muslim communities in Britain. But they are not going to, that's a fact!

Shame there wasn't the same outcry when young girls were being raped in Rotherham.

Its amazing why there are thousands of migrants in Calais clamouring to get into Britain.

Amazing why all these Albanians are trying to get into Britain

Amazing that the Roma want to make South Yorkshire their new homeland.

Especially amazing when you consider that Channel 4 think Britain is a dreadful country overrun with racists,homophobes and bigots.

If you were concerned about immigration you must be a racist.
All that's happening now is that the Remainiacs are trying to prove it by collating and presenting every instance that they can find.
Well every instance that doesn't include racism towards us.

The programme was meant to be the rise in racism post Brexit.

One of the main clips (the black woman on the bus lambasting a pregnant muslim) was from months ago.

Talk about having an agenda and making the pieces fit................

Did they show any footage of muslims shouting death to infidels?

It never asked any questions. It was a montage of clips, old and new, of racists.

Dispatches lost any credibility years ago, like C4 news:
I didnt need to watch the program to know they'd start with some premise and then twist and cut and spin everything to make the "facts" fit that premise. It should be called "Hatchet Job".

it is. to be expected, our governments have allowed in far too many immigrants

if they were to start leaving then maybe some of our guys can find a job

they won't leave so this will pass in time

thankfully we will not be letting in so many in future

it is our governments who have failed the people, they should never have allowed so much immigration

and we need to grow population to expand economy and pay off debts

Is the country really more racist post Brexit?

No. It's a bit like using the fact that there was more racist incidents reported in 2015 than there were in 1985 to suggest that Britain is a more racist country now than it was 30 years ago.

Racism was a bigger issue, in terms of coverage, in 2015 than it was in 1985 and it's bigger since the referendum therefore more people report it.

Not great journalism IMO.

The start of the programme was CCTV footage of a small anonymous looking muslim community centre being burnt down. They had all the elders around a table speculating about the racial reasons why it had burnt down before it being announced at the end of the segment that the person who did it had not been identified and no motive confirmed.

reduce the population, that is the most important thing.

if Britains population reduced quickly, maybe at least 20 million, that would mean great prosperity for the average person

The population will decrease naturally once a controlled system of entry is implemented.

certainly not, people don`t understand every country has a maximum pop. depending on it natural resources and creative intelligence.
britain used to be creative and intelligent but no longer is.
this means it cannot sustain an increasing population

if a country is becoming  less intelligent it is very important that it stops reproducing, if it dosn`t then starvation and war occurs

it is very unfair on the rest of us to use yourself as an example.

the only thing a country like Britain needs to be successful is the usual freedoms we all hope for, the rule of law, peaceful and sane people, and perhaps 6 or 7 very talented creative and inventive individuals.
this is all any country has ever needed, but Britain does not have this in quite the same way, and of course it is impossible to think of even one creative and inventive person that Britain has produced in the last 40 years

you see we became the greatest empire the world has ever seen because we were the greatest industrial, scientific and inventive country (with the poss exception of the US)

Now if we were still that we could sustain high levels if immigration, and population growth. we are not like that now, we no longer invent anything.

BBC3 want all the poor remainers to tell them their sob stories on racist abuse since Brexit, I wonder if they will be doing one on the old folks that have been abused for voting leave?

why we will need less people in future

control of future populations will be necessary

there are some skills we need and if immigrants bring business with them fair enough

we do not need mass unskilled or very semi skilled imigration our own people can do that

our cultures do not mix well either ie muslims

our own folk are getting old and need looking after

seems our youngsters dont fancy the task

Ladies and Gentlemen, there you have it. The media is trying to soften us with regard to immigration particularly the illegal type. Documentaries current and yet to arive of the "poor" people having paid £3000 to get on a small boat to escape the poverty (irony where art thou) and the persecution in their own countries. Not many Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Janes amongst them I wonder why that is the case. The Muslim countries don't want their own co religionists. Tower Hamlets 46% Muslim, Newham 46% Muslim-the BBC to be renamed Al BeebeeCeerah. I do not use the Guardian, because it is rougher than Andrex, but a sheet of used Andrex is a better read than the Guardian.

There is another thread about foreign languages. You better get your grandkids to learn Arabic, because the vested interests of many of the organisation in what used to be Great Britain will lead to the Islamic Republic of Britain in several generations time. Anyone noticed the big increase in white UK women converting to Islam and marrying Muslims? Not really surprising because the Muslim men at least get a look at the face before marrying them. Anyoneone see the documentary about the English Defence League march where muslims counter demonstrated and shoted that they were going to marry our women produce multiple kids and take over the country and impose Shariah Law? A few EDL were arrested for racism, but how many muslims for those outbursts.

The Brexit vote is just a dying spasm in the fight for survival against the diluting of white Christian Britain and the fight to stop us being ruled from abroad. The Battle for Britain was lost some time ago. Successive British govenments have achieved what Hitler could not! We have been invaded by Eastern Europeans and Muslims! Most Christians get on with everyone. Most Hindus get on with everyone. Most other religions get on with everyone. There is only one exception. And the clue is it begins with an I and ends with a M and it has the letters SLA in the middle. Most Muslims are NOT terrorists.But most terrorists ARE Muslims. So lets let many more into the country and see what they get up to.

Good luck to you, your children and your grand children. I have no children and am thabnkful for that and also that I will not be around long enough to have to embrace Shariah Law and have to learn the Koran!

A UK police force has confirmed reported “hate crimes” are down on this time last year, despite including alleged ‘crimes’ committed by Nigel Farage in the stats.
Essex police said that although slightly more perceived “hate crimes” were reported the week after the referendum, compared to the week before, they were significantly down on last year and there was no evidence linking them to Brexit.

“We have some evidence of a recent increase in reporting of alleged hate crimes, but there is no evidence to suggest that any increase is uniquely related to the referendum itself.

“At the same time last year we had more reports of hate crimes than the immediate post-referendum period this year,” a police spokesman told the Thurrock Gazette.

Last week, Assistant Chief Constable Maurice Mason told a council meeting in Thurrock, that:

“Some members of the public complaining about Nigel Farage, or whatever, that will get recorded as a hate crime no matter what it is. If the person feels it’s a hate crime it will get recorded as a hate crime.”

The fact that complaints against the UKIP leader, which are likely to be politically motivated, were included further demonstrates how subjective and unreliable claims of a post-Brexit “hate crime epidemic” could be.

Despite the police’s explanation, the media has continued to push this alarmist line.

Last night, Channel 4 ran a programme called “Racist Britain” which “investigat[ed] the rising tide of racism in post-Brexit Britain, revealing the scale of the abuse…” The BBC is now thought to be producing a film along similar lines.

The BBC has already run a story titled: “’Go back home’ — Bitter backlash post EU referendum”, as well as one claiming a Muslim holiday had been cancelled “because of rising fears of hate crimes following Brexit”.

Most of the stories were generated by the “Worrying Signs” Facebook group, which was set up by pro-EU activists, and encourages people to report anecdotal stories to the media and police which can be used to portray leaving the EU as racist.

“We strongly urge you to report any incidents you witness to the police and to report any inflammatory posts on social media so they can be flagged and dealt with” the page urges its 19,000 members, before linking to the police’s “Stop Hate Crime” reporting page.

It takes just minutes to report a “hate crime” online. The massive social media push may, therefore, be responsible for the increase in the number of people reporting “hate crimes” – some of which may also be politically motivated.
