Is there ANY other European country where common sense and public trust seemingly have no place in the worlds of Justice, Rights, and the processing of Criminal 'Refugees'?
Despite his many sickening crimes, apparently he couldn't be deported back to Somalia because the combination his 'sexual orientation' and his conversion from Christianity to a well-known Peace-Loving religion would endanger him. Surely not? This is after all the Peace-Loving Paradise of Somalia that the 'tolerant' and 'progressive' luvvies want us to take more incomers from? (There was even one human tragedy on the Politics Forum who wanted 7 million Somalians imported, to 'boost' our NHS and Care Services, but that's another story).
Allah help Chit Chat's very own Ian Mohammed, selflessly struggling to feed and water his houseful of Pretendy Refugees at his own expense. He'd better not step out of line, or maybe break wind violently during Ramadan, else he'll be dragged before the Kangaroo Courts (or more fittingly a Sharia Court) before he can shout 'Allahu Akbar' to face the full weight and majesty of the law.
Read it and weep. This is an example of what has come to pass as 'normality' in Britain. YOUR £105,000 plus the millions in legal fees PAID for all this.

This compensation has gone crazy,most claims are fraudulent.
Having said that only Brits should qualify for any form of compensation.

This woman is defending her rapist,its not unlike the male Norwegian politician who was raped and acted in a similar fashion.
This shows a fanaticism that is frightening.
If they want to be raped fair enough but what they shouldn't be allowed do is endanger other unfortunate women.

Can anyone rationalize this?? On the surface, it seems to be inexplicable.
The problem is here you are talking about two different events
One was unlawful detention for which he has been compensated
The other is a sexual for which he has been punished
One cannot put them together. Personally I would send him home.

By home I mean Somalia, with that amount of money he should have a comfortable life, as for his sexuality and religion.

This is all about reported crime i would think, so their can be a case for developed countries being higher, if we are allowed to say that.
