So given that Article 50 was drawn up by expensive legal types within the EU, are they now admitting that they actually didn't word it appropriately should anyone actually need to use it?

If they wanted to adopt a rule that forced any doubting member of the EU to get their exit strategy sorted prior to them having a referendum why didn't they word it like that?

No wonder the EU costs so much if this is the best that the bureaucrats can come up with...
