It's exactly that sort of sneering condescension that got millions putting a cross in the out box. Politicians have been warned for decades that this was coming, but instead of acknowledging people's concerns they carried on regardless. They deserve everything they got last night and I'm delighted. |

Labour metropolitan lefties or whatever tag they have, in true to form style are labelling this as a vote for ignorance and racism and evil. Then they talk about listening to voters and how this is going to be their priority from now on. I doubt if they will. The disengaging from Labour and its core support has been growing for 40 years, not by much more each and every year, but cumulatively and with a vote that had turned into a debate on immigration, it's backfired spectacularly on them.
Their only hope is that the Scots don't go for their independence - will they vote for joining the Euro? - and Labour gets back some of it's old Labour power base. An early election may help them as Corbyn will go after that leaving them to elect someone more able to get them back into power. Even that may not be enough unless they can capitalise on any subsequent recession. |

No problem, PP. I did state that I lost on the other match that day and believe me, there have been plenty others. And in fact I wasn't posting to gloat - the opposite in fact - I won a fair chunk by cashing out at the right time and I was lucky there wasn't a seventh goal.

Think we'll see some decent games and plenty of goals in this next set of fixtures. I'm tempted to bet either team to win on penalties in each fixture where the price seems to be a minimum of 11s/12s. That's 16 bets and I can see at least two going all the way to show a profit.

"Racist" doesn't have one clear-cut meaning, so if someone calls you a racist, they might mean several different things.
You hate people of all races other than your own. You hate people of some races, or maybe just one. You don't hate people based on race, but you have some prejudices and stereotypes. You're ignorant and insensitive. You are perpetuating oppression, maybe accidentally or unintentionally. PP is certainly displaying his hatred of posters on this forum. STFUYFSDC. HTH |
