Obviously did not effect the result , but if Leave wins could be seen as a masterstroke as it maximised the smugness of the remainers and will have created a great legacy of video clips of them basking in glory for an hor or so

though maybe he was just ramping to get the price on here for him and his mates , pushed it out to 16/1

dunno about that. think everyone's genuinely surprised. was always close but conventional wisdom suggests the undecided always back the status quo in referndums and the great british public is generally very conservative in the way it votes
