Some of these weight lifters look just dreadful - their arms don't swing normally their necks vanish. their thighs rub together. Constantly eating powders and meat. get acne from bad protein and roids. veins popping? penis vanishes too.
why are they doing this - If someone asked me to move something heavy I'd charge them for it.
I think many women prefer a big bank balance to big biceps so don't think that's the whole story. Did you find anything in the bible Zoz? That Goliath was a big lad as was Samson.

Seems to me that you take steroids to help you get the type of body that women are supposed to really go for, but the steroids shrink your c0ck so when you finally pull that woman you're trying to pleasure her with something the size of an acorn.

Well maybe one of the alternatives - being a generic corpulent slob, sliding into middle age, turning into an excuse machine - doesn't appeal too much?

Leaving aside the question of why should you just stop weight training for no apparent reason, if you reduce your calorie intake, particularly carbohydrates (sugars in particular) you will reduce size but should remain at the same percentage body fat.
It's not true at all.Fat is fat and muscle is muscle.Muscle doesn't 'turn to fat' at all.Leaving aside the question of why should you just stop weight training for no apparent reason, if you reduce your calorie intake, particularly carbohydrates (sug
Lifting weights is said to raise the metabolism rate
Muscle is more metabolically active than fat, and building muscle can help increase your metabolism. This means you will burn more calories each day, even at rest. Lifting weights will also help you retain muscle and combat the drop in metabolism that can occur during weight loss.
