asstronaut Tim - discovers his nose hair.

What gets me is yesterday an old astronaut says - the first thing you notice is everything smells wonderful.

I've never heard an astronaut mention this before? now they're all saying it?

Sick to death of seeing his self-satisfied face Cry ...

- and as for his - "May I be the first person to say God save the Queen from Space," - some 5 months, or so,  ago...

Well - it didn't get you the wished for Knighthood - in her 90th birthday honours list.

Yes - he has achieved more than most men, in this personal 'jolly-up' in the skies ... But, nevertheless - I have absolutely  NO time whatsoever for BLATANT, self-promoting, 'career climbers' - no matter w3ahat they achieve, or do. Sad

Have to agree onlooker.
His ' ever smiling face ' and ' thumbs up ' persona is very grating.

I'll throw a few quid towards another rocket into space if he's on it.

TBF not his fault he's in the media every day. Although I'd still agree with Cooperman.

I'm on Peake's side, and for once I'm serious.
I went for a walk through woods the other day, something I rarely do now.
I now notice the smells like some mad dog who doesn't get out much.

The grass is green but the bluebells are blue.
Near my home.

So we have Tim Peake, who joined the Army, qualified as a helicopter pilot, then became an instructor and test pilot, accepted into astronaut training and given a place on a space mission, inspiring thousands of kids in the process,  and this, according to onlooker is a "self-promoting, 'career climber".

What a sad, sad, country this has become.

As he is our only man in space, I suspect he has been over exposed somewhat

Perhaps you have a point degs
Report akabula • June 19, 2016 11:49 PM BST
It's the media to blame for over exposure.
The old saying of familiarity and all that.
Report doantwin2easy • June 20, 2016 12:00 AM BST
i hope he hasn't be exposing himself up there. The Martians won't approve.

Isn't the main reason everything smells amazing that he's no longer in an enclosed space with blokes that haven't had a shower in months?
