Ronaldo Muscle electro stimulation sixpack Advert - kinda disturbing.

I was in a charity shop the other day and they had a electro stimulation belt. Applies a charge to your abs to give you a sixpack. I was tempted.

I tried this years ago and did not know how to use it right. It said moisten the pads and apply. I used a wet cloth and soaked the pads. Turned it on and got a full electric shock for a second - i screamed and thought it was over then it pulsed again and i screamed again. Quickly pulled the plug out of the mains and shouted the golden phrase -  FCUK that!

Ronaldo doesn't need this - he runs every day?
