I remember making death stars to throw at trees.
wearing my pajamas with a tie.
I'd fcuk you up with a karate chop?
cut up a sweeping brush - make some nunchuks?
Kneecap your friends.

we did not need toys in the seventies, just sedatives.

Bruce Lee and David Carradine where kings of tv.

Eastern Philosophy and temple life..... snatch the pebble from my hand grasshopper...

Karate in the 90s went a bit mad even at low age they and black belts and no fecker fancied a kick in the kneck from the geek at school did they ( it's the older generations fault for bullying their parents ) who then got their kids into judo/karate etc and boxing was non existent in street fights , you would have the hard guy trying to box a little ninja and get made a fool off.

Just a few opinions

Kung Fu Fighting by Carl Douglas a big hit. Kung Fu was the rage in 70s. One never left a Chinese restaurant without paying the bill.

Actor David Carradine was found dead in the closet of a Bangkok hotel room Thursday with a cord wrapped around his neck and genitals, leading Thai police to suspect his death was not a suicide but an accident resulting from dangerous sex practices.
That'll teach him (karate chop) to try it on with a Thai Ladyboy !

Cord wrapped round neck and genitalsShocked....the mind boggles, what sort of sexual practice is that

I wont be able to watch Kung Fu after that now
Report stickyvicky June 8, 2016 2:49 PM BST
There was another crazy kung fu / martial arts programme set in the far east  with authentic chinese actors shown later at night back in the seventies, with terrible over dubbing and sub titles, fecked if I can rember the name of it now tho.

Are you trying to say everybody was kung fu fighting?
Next you'll be saying they were fast as lightning.

Until I hear some evidence, perhaps via disco music lyrics, I won't believe a word of it.
Report zorrostrikes June 9, 2016 1:52 AM BST
i can now tell what happened to the kung fu enthusiasts of the seventies. Why it all died out. I challenged them one by one to mortal kombat and defeated them all. Only Liu Kang and Lord Rayden are left for me to crush.
Report screaming from beneaththewaves June 10, 2016 9:15 AM BST
Carradine's death was made to look like an "accident". Oddie had been filming a Springwatch Far East Special when he caught the ex-Kung Fu man eying up Humble.

Just two words: ecky thump.
