Been with BT Internet for over five years now and been thinking about switching for a while.

I rarely watch TV, so have no need for a TV / Sports package.
I have no mobile signal, so have no need for a Handy package.
Just a phone line and regular broadband that are not going to crash / slow down at busy times thank you very much.
Current download speed is circa 2.4Mbps & upload = 0.4, according to http://www.speedtest.net/ - so I'm not asking for much.
Currently considering SSE and the Post Office but have heard they're not too reliable.
Any ideas / recommendations from the CC crew? Especially from someone living in a rural area.
I've been with Zen Internet for 10 years, they're expensive but extremely reliable, no drop outs or throttling, I need a stable connection 24hrs a day for my work so it's worth paying the extra for the quality of service and they've always been very helpful.
