Boxing is pathetic. Time after time, fight after fight, decent fighters just take on bums to build their records and hype.
UFC leaves it trailing in terms of getting matches on. The top guys actually want to fight each other, and the matches happen again and again. In boxing they are all too scared of losing their legacies. Politicised b*llocks.

Yeah, and even bums like Haye's opponent takes on ever bigger bums, had a flawless record beforehand I believe.
I don't think though in Boxing the top fighters are scared of fighting each other, Mayweather exception, I think it's more a case of hyping the fight up over a couple of years to simply attract more interest from TV/fans/sponsors and when the fight is put together, they purse potential reaches optimum level. All about money. There's not the same level of money in UFC so they just get down to it. That's why you always heard Eddie Hearne dragging out potential bouts, "I don't quite think Joshua is ready for Fury or a Klitschko yet, but sometime in late 2017 it could happen."

I prefer to see a close fight, rather than one fighter outclassing the other, hardly a fight
Heavyweight fights can be over quickly because they hit so hard

Disagree it's about building up the hype but yes it is all about money. It's not about building up the hype in most cases it's simply trying to rinse as much money out of the public as possible with crap fights first. Joshua vs Haye or Fury would be massive now if it happened there is no need for extra hype. Hearn though knows that at the moment there is enough mugs willing to pay to watch Joshua fight some unknown at 1/10 so will rinse this avenue dry before there is any possibility of him fighting someone who may test him.
They may not be physically scared of each other but they definitely are scared of the possibility of getting a loss on their record when the reward isn't high enough.

Haye wants to fight Joshua rather than fury as Joshua is the man on the up.
What an utter cretin. If fury had not beaten kilt hs there would of been no belt for Joshua to win.
P u s s y.

Haye complains Fury will not fight him. Although Haye did disappoint Fury, when Haye was due to fight Fury, twice.
So it is difficult to know who is ducking who, if anyone.
Haye ain't getting any younger, but he is a dangerous man for anybody to fight.
He has put on weight and strength.
I think Haye has to take what he can get, but it does need to be a worthy opponent.

Hayes next fight is Shannon Briggs who won on the undercard.
He is a step up in class, but is 44, one would expect Haye to win this.
I just want to see a real fight.

Haye had a problem with Wlad Klitscho's style, combined with his size, he is not the only fighter to have found that?
Chisora called Haye a coward after that, resulting in a fight both out and in the ring. Which Haye won.
Haye did look ineffective in that fight. Which is why he has built up his weight and strength. He feels he needs to be bigger.
