Lenny Henry was rolled out last year before the parliament committee to defend the BBC? I really don't know what qualifications he had to do that? Except he was famous in the UK. Lots of times the interviewers would give compliments to Lenny as he gave evidence to the committee.
It smacked of BBC lovey-ness.

have to say last nights awards were a joke .The wife had it on and was watching ,me been the gent I am allowed her watch uninterupted , looking in now and again , I couldn't belive my eyes half the time ,every colored person possible seemed to appear. A mass love in opened before my very eyes, the good as you crowd were well represented as usual ,sickening stuff for any NORMAL person to have to watch .The colour of your skin seemed to be a winning ticket ,I wonder do the actors ever ask themselves ,did I win this for my acting ability or the colour of my skin ,or my gender . If its the latter , is it really worth having , I guess only they'll have the answer.

The luvvies on the BBC do seem to forget who pays for their good life,the taxpayer.It's a common theme across the public sector they all seem to think they hsould be left to manage themselves and award each other ever increasing budgets.

FREEVIEW is not freeview if the BBC is in the mix. Everybody has the choice what to pay for in tv channels. If i want to watch sky i get a sky box. if i want netflix i get another box. Stuff the BBC. Sell a box for £160 a year. Let me be the one that chooses what I pay for?
