From dvd notes - Based on the true story of the notorious serial killer and the intense manhunt he inspired . Zodiac is a superbly crafted thriller . A searing and haunting examination of twin obsessions, one mans desire to kill and anothers quest for the truth .

it's like watching the Horizon of serial killing films. IF AND and MAYBE? Prefer tv movies like - the goodbar killer, the hill side stranglers? At least you find out the killers names.
the Boston strangler was another movie that put a city into panic. Yet nobody puts the killing into context. 1.3 million people die in road crashes each year globally. Yet nobody is hunting down car safety people.
