because his dad was a bus driver which keeps getting repeated this gives him
the knowledge to achieve the fare cut
Id be more worried about buses being blown up than a few pence of fares.

was before we let them in....
I am afraid it is a bit late now, we have to live with them whether we like it or not
Sadly it is all our own fault or our governments, but we vote them in

Whenever anyone talks about immigration control in this country, the word racist comes up every time, and it always has done
Hence we now find ourselves over run with people we don't actually like
It is extremely difficult to legislate for Human Beings stupidity at times, but it can be painful to watch

We've been more or less tortured with this race card most of our lifes in our own country &
it's been more & more abused by these outsider types for a long time.
You obviously had useless people been here 5 minutes having a vote

In his victory speech, Mr Khan referred to his humble origins on a council estate and said he had never imagined that "someone like me could be elected as mayor of London," promising to be a mayor "for all Londoners".
He said the campaign had not been without controversy, but added: "I am so proud that London has today chosen hope over fear and unity over division."
He added that the "politics of fear is not welcome in our city".
Mr Khan took 1,310,143 votes after second preferences were taken into account, beating Conservative Zac Goldsmith into second place on 994,614. His tally gave him the largest personal mandate of any politician in UK history.

Why did that Britain First guy turn around when he made his speech?
Showing your back is an age-old form of polite protest and the Left is particularly fond of this tactic.
Thanks to Paul and his strong nerves they got a taste of their own medicine and Khan's speech was spoiled.

So Khan got the muslim vote - even though he's been connected to extremists,
Just goes to show your moderate muslim if there is such a thing doesn't have
a problem voting for a possibly dangerous man to the capital like this.
or are we to believe khan only got your extremist muslim vote!

Reading some of these threads I sometimes feel like I've walked into a room full of London cabbies.
Khan is culturally Moslem as much as someone who would say they were born Catholic but no longer attend any religious services. The way some of you go on you would think a radical Iman had been elected Mayor.
Think you'll find he will have specific transport and housing powers primarily as well as highlighting and representing London internationally although it doesn't really need that role as the city is probably seen as one of the world's most recognisable locations.

Does anyone know where we sit with the comedy side of things..
People & the newspapers sometimes like to rip the p1ss out the London Mare but as we well know muslims
don't do comedy - so i dare say you'll get branded racist, as it offends all muslims by ripping the p1ss out of khan
What a special diverse capital we've created, all the other Capitals must be so envious of London

Britain First appear happy with how their campaign went, it was probably damaged a bit
from the start though when they announced
(which was later removed) that Britain First "will not rest until every traitor is punished for their crimes against our country. And by punished, I mean good old-fashioned British justice at the end of a rope!
Corbyn would be first in the cue id say!

The way most people feel in the UK now watching this lot working their way into power, is the way that many Germans must have felt in the 1930s watching the rise of the Nazi party.
The Labour party ethnically cleanses London of people who have lived there
for generations - replaces them with 1 million muslims - & then a muslim who
has attended conferences with muslim extremists is elected Mayor

They seem happy that the 'Jew, Goldsmith, was defeated'.
This could get quite tasty. We have a Muslim Mayor who nominated JC for the leadership and who called moderate Muslims 'Uncle Toms'.
'The phrase "Uncle Tom" has also become an epithet for a person who is slavish and excessively subservient to perceived authority figures, particularly a black or brown person who behaves in a subservient manner to white people; or any person perceived to be complicit in the oppression of their own group.' - Wiki

Massive over-reaction as expected.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no friend of islam or khan but his hands are somewhat tied imo.
It must of been nearly all mulims in London voted if allowed,
what does that tell you about this breed of person!
It made no difference to these people voting about his connection
to extreme muslims - it made no difference to them about cheap transport
as the majority don't even work - it was always an islam decision for these voters.

They'd be voting labour anyway.
Obviously more voted on this occasion for one of theirs.
But as I said, even if I was to stand as the labour candidate I'd win due to the demographics.

I agree with Wesdag. Khan's a bellend and Islam is a curse on humanity, but it's not a role that carries
much power; otherwise Ken Livingstone would've finished the capital off in his 8 years as supremo.

If Labour voters are so plentiful in London, who voted Boris in twice?
Was more the fact people had had enough of Ken, plus Boris was a larger than life character then.
Wasn't really much of a choice tbf, working class muslim v a 300 millionaire.
Lord Sugar on Khan.
Labour now welcomes anti-Semites and terrorist sympathisers to its ranks, the TV star warned."I would say Khan has single-handedly wrecked the Labour Party, and now he's turning his finely honed judgment on the great city of London," the peer wrote in The Sunday Times.

BBC cant control themselves, wall to wall coverage. I dont remember Boris getting so much coverage.
Don't worry, the Tories won't be too down hearted at Khan winning.
His victory has guaranteed that Labour voters will be leaving in their droves when they realise how powerful he is in the Labour party.

Just curious, what happens if he's invite to a Church or Jewish Temple?

You'd love to turn the clock back for Corbyn for some of the Kings & Queens
to deal with him years ago wouldn't you.
why are we allowing this ffs? it's pretty obvious labour / conservative want to
mess our great country up yet most won't give Paul Golding the time of day.
he isn't racist ffs - his the same as me someone who loves this once great country.
how does that makes him racist? - Good on PG turning his back on the muslim, surly he was doing
it out of disgust....this country is riddled with left wing loons that hate our
British ways & just want to destroy our country.

I've just posted the plan, Ron. Doesn't mean that it's set in stone of course but here's something to chew on. They cannot complete what they tried to do a few centuries ago without 'Christian' countries help, France & Germany started the ball rolling and others will follow. Britain is on a very slippery slope with butter on their sandals..
I don't eat fish - im not trying to hook anyone.
I Love England - i already said this & now Britain First have said we
need to punish these traitors - what good do they think they are doing?
Id class them as trouble and of no use to this once great country so the only
answer is rope - like it or lump it.

Good to see it made somebody happy

Because this is a physical description of the men, which is necessary if they are to be caught.

Multi culturism never did work and never will work. We have different morals and values for us all to get on together.
But by inviting millions of people into our country over the years, who have utter contempt and hatred for us, was never gonna end well was it?
The only reason i can see why a British person would support the mass immigration we have been subjected to, is in the hope that when the shyte really does hit the fan, they will be saved from death by claiming to have supported the Muslims. Good luck with that one.

Well I was never in favour of it myself, but it has happens, we cannot change that.
As far as the London Mayor goes I assume people voted for Khan because they thought he was the best candidate
or he was the Labour candidate.
I would advise people to keep out Religion out of this as much as possible, because it does not help.

Ron - I think Trump is only proposing to ban muslims? So I think your "rest of the people he is supposed to be representing" will be fine. Unless of course they are hispanic. Trump doesn't like them much either but I expect he will be fine with them if they come in form here.
the new mayor has appointed his team and it doesnt look like he's starting the caliphate at city hall after all. four of the five top jobs have gone to women and none of them was wearing a hijab in the group photo. he's also said he wants the night time economy of bars and clubs to prosper so it doesnt look like alcohol is going to be banned.
