It's funny as i Trump makes me think of that film.

I recall just after 9/11 reading a report that Trump had hired some inventor to fix him up with some sort of parachute/hang gliding type thing , so that if Al Qaeda hit Trump tower he could just climb out a window and sail serenely down wwith the screams of everyone else burning alive fading gently away.

I recall thinking what an absolute cnt he would be thought of if he managed to pull that off just like the President in the movie.

I suspect that Trump is something of a more extreme American version of a Blair type figure. He's a showman and a salesman and will tell you what you want to hear. He was backing Clinton not that long ago. I doubt he has any principles and will begin to moderate his tone if he feels it will cost him the election.

Not just what he says but what he does. Mocking disable people the way he did would have a been a career ender in any other country.

And as 'The Donald' absolutely hates all the pc crap; ye can see why he battered the opposition..
