the arguments for leaving are flawed.

1.immigration....we have more non eu immigrants and have control over those yet bring more in............
2.the payment to the eu.....less than a 10th if the nhs bill
and less then the housing benefit bill which was caused by not controlling house prices.
3.laws....er well look at the recent changes to employment law....i know which side as a normal working class person id be on and its the eu over the government all day long....that one is personal prefference.

on point 2.
this is spouted about a lot yet because we cant work out the benefit of being in the eu (in £££££) most think its zero.
so also using point two as an argument is clearly flawed.

one thing is for certain.
if we do have to enter a tarrif based option the cost gets passed onto us.

the knock on effects of that??

who knows but its not going to help .

1. stop all immigration, those at the top don`t want to do this so find membership of the EU can mask their true intentions..mass cheap labour.

2. membership of the EU vastly increases our nhs costs.

3. There is only one thing that can protect workers rights and that is a shortage of labour.

eu membership vastly increases business and lowers costs for imports which rises will get passed onto us.

disagree re point 3.
only thing that can protect workers rights is having businesses that dont just think about profit only....and strong unions.
By:
lfc1971
When: 18 Apr 16 15:08
point 3. Its impossible to have strong unions when there are thousands of workers to pick from from outside the union.
Nothing, no amount of gov. or european leg. will stop wages and conditions being driven down, and that is for those who can get work.

If the dangers to the economy are so serious (6% drop according to Number 11), why did Call Me Dave offer a referendum???

It was a political manouvere of course. He was losing ground to UKIP and the ref is an olive branch. Pathetic.

How careless and cowardly of the PM to risk defeat IF what Osbourne says is true.

I call it Jellyfied leadership. Oh for some backbone..

too many other things can influence the economies of the world
you simply cannot predict for certain

look at the saudis threatening to withdraw dosh from the states if congress presses ahead on the 9/11 links to the saudis

OR
the failure to agree on oil production at the dohar conference - just for starters

We vote Governments in because we rather hope they can mobo, although they always fail.

Anyway I will never get the society I want anyway, I want a MENS society but I can only see a women's society

which I hate.

That also means we will stay in the EU sadly, because women are risk adverse, so we will be too scared to leave.

I will vote out.

because calling a referendum  will make the tories seem like a nice decent party whilst hiding their anti workers stance.

the fall back if the vote goes wrong is we just opt to stay in the eea which effectively means we just make our own policies on farming and fishing.

i think also this means that countries not in the eea cant be involved in free movement.

now im thinking they need to call a referendum on the eea issue or make the decision themselves.
but nothing has been said....very odd.

Did it really take you two days to announce that in the best case scenario, advocated by yourself, that you are a parasite?

By the way just for your peace of mind, such that it is, I don't and have never got posts deleted. I'm with the poster who said you are the most bitter tw@t on here so why would I want to stop you advertising the fact?

By the way I know you are in my pocket. You keep stroking my balls. Once is an accident. Twice is a habit. More than three times is an obsession.

Wrong again sucker. You aren't even a turd dropped out of the behind of some of the people I've dragged into the deep end and drowned over the years. Ask some of the old timers on the politics forum. A long time ago I was the original eternaloptimist and when you have a body of work that good anybody would want to be associated with it. Whereas you have what? Oh that's right the accolade of fighting off stiff competition for being crowned the most bitter tw@t on here.

Have another read about what people have written about you. If you dare. Don't have nightmares. Wink

Phuck me, that was worth reading.

Yet another nauseating, self indulgent anecdote about how great YOU think YOU areLaugh

You are your biggest fan who seems to think he's some kind of wordsmith geniusLaugh, it's amateurish and slapdash at best that only serves to send my eyes rolling to the back of my head, shame the queue here to massage your ego is only one deep as you'll always Burton Brewers, c0ck in one hand, clapping the side of his head like a hormonal seal with the otherLaugh

Honestly you can go. No Svengali like hold here. As for the rest I'll step back and allow others and not Burton to speak for me:

Twizzle:

acquiesce well and truly owned

You got that? Owned. Well and truly.

wildman

Acquiesce ( surely the most appropriate user name ever )

Kenny:

LOL, Blackadder would have been proud of that.

And that's just on this thread. Roll your eyes at that and when they've finished rolling see if you can find them and stick em back in. Just don't do a Ben Turpin.

In fact do and give us all a laugh because you are one dreary cnunt.

It's quite simple. You make statements. I take them apart with evidence. It's easy but very effective. I just don't understand one thing. All those heroes who went before you who lowered themselves into the abyss to confront me with what they thought was top of the range intellectual gear and a big thick rope causing them to think they were safe as well. Unfortunately half way down they looked up to see me doing to them what I'm doing to you which was cutting their rope strand by strand. You see curmudgeonly stubborness which is all you have doesn't get you anything in this game. It just makes you look lost.

What puzzles me is why people like you don't learn? Is it so inconceivable to you to contemplate that you are simple overmatched? It makes no difference to me. The ones with barnacles on taste sweeter when I boil them and I really do laugh at you coming at me with your primitive skills. Unfortunately for you I'm not early era Tyson mimicking Dempsey helping his vanquished foe back to the stool.

I will crush you, enjoy it and take nothing out of myself in doing so. It amuses me. I'm sure you agree that one must get ones pleasures where one can. Or maybe I'm speaking to the wrong guy. Maybe masochism is your thing and you're sat with an orange in your mouth willing me to spank you and call you a naughty boy.

Did you go to public school?

You don't even realise what you're doing do youLaugh

The mere fact you feel the desperate desire to launch yourself into such a strong defence of the (pseudo) intellectual image you've spent years building up (you sad c***) tells me.....a nerve has been hitLaugh

Keep praising yourself, there is no praise quite like it, but I will give you this, you are good at it which is no surprise as it's all you've gotLaugh

Even in some alternate reality where that was true I wish I could return the compliment and say you also had some special quality other than special needs. I just can't bring myself to lie other than to once again comment on your ability to keep coming back whilst uniting a vast array of other people into one thought namely you make Clement Freud appear like a happy clapper.

Empty handed and armed with emoticons but that's it. Beaten but too proud to accept the truth. I find it hard to concede this to myself but I'm pitying you right now.

So keep thinking you've hit a nerve. A man without hope is a man lost wandering in the dark. The least I can do is shove a candle up your ar5e.

Would you like a light? Don't worry the wick is sticking outwards.

And there he was, bashing away at his keyboard deep into the night, franticly trying to reinforce the (pseudo) intellectual image he's worked so hard to build up over the yearsLaugh

My mission accomplished, to show you up on this thread as the contradictory hypocrite you are, amusing as it was watching you massage your own ego, singing your own praises and constantly telling yourself just how great YOU think YOU areLaugh

The saddest thing is it's quite apparent that THIS is you life......THIS.

I've already told you that you are now free to go acquiesce so such grandstanding is reminiscent of Scargill, battered and humiliated, marching the miners back behind the brass bands after they also got a good hiding. Your mission is certainly done if you were seeking to make yourself look a complete fool.

After you've licked your wounds I look forward to your next interjection in a few weeks. I'll give it you again. Call it my gift to the forum.

the 4,300 osbourne quote on toilet paper has been ripped to shreds - not worth the paper it was written on

there will be so much money over 15 years ( which we won't be giving to the eu )to spend in our economy far outweighs any likely attempts to damage us from outside

anyway - bmw mercedes etc are not going to stop selling their gear to us - I can just imagine herr merkel being bombarded by the boards of industry if she tries to get up to any tricks
