Reading this thread the bible verses that come to my mind are Psalms 14:1 and Psalms 53:1 which begin with the words "The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God'.....", and 2 Peter 3:3 which begins with the words "Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come....."
