She spent the whole weekend boasting about how much she earns, even going so far as posting her tax returns to really rub it in about her 6 figure income.

Meanwhile 17 of her schools are falling down and closed.

Questions on previous PFI/PPP contracts 'must be asked' and 'answered', Nicola Sturgeon has said.

The First Minister's comments come in the wake of the closure of 17 Edinburgh schools following serious structural concerns with Oxgang primary school. All of the closed schools were constructed under the same PFI contract.

Sturgeon said that the "priority is to get children back to school ASAP" however "questions must be asked, and in due course answered, about old PFI contracts that many feared put profits before quality".

"We signed a memorandum of understanding to explore options for investment.
If we get to the stage where there are any proposals for investment, then due diligence will be done at this stage.
That's how these things are normally done.
There are actual no proposals on the table at this stage, and if that changes then those proposals will go through the normal process.

The statement was in response to questions of why no statement had been made by the Scottish Government and also in response to suggestions that Norway had knocked back one of the parties involved as untrustworthy.
