Just listening to Alison's greatest hits and I think shes very underrated compered to all the hype Adele gets. Maybe its my age.

I think its a good match up - 2 heavyweights of the music business.

There's good singers then there's voices that bring a lump to your throat,best I've heard in my lifetime and not even music I would've normally listened to,even jools Holland said one of the greatest voices ever.So much soul and depth living the words and such little effort,more into my band music bit she is the exception in my musical taste... |

I don't doubt her ability but only does it in a few songs for me, but music is very personal and thankfully we all like different types.
